Getting started
Where do I find these codes?
Open the app on your device. Before activation the codes are shown on the start screen; later you find them under Settings → Device.
How do I activate the app?
Every device starts with a free trial. Sign in here and pay once under Licence; the app then stays active on that device.
I reinstalled the app. Do I lose my playlists?
No. Your device keeps its device ID, licence and playlists. The app shows a new device key; use that one to sign in.
Playlists
What is the difference between Xtream Codes and M3U?
Xtream Codes uses a server address, username and password, and gives the best experience: categories, TV guide, movies, series and catch-up. An M3U link is one web address with the whole list.
My provider allows one connection. What does that mean?
Only one device can watch at the same time. If a channel does not start, check whether another TV, phone or box is still playing.
How do I switch between playlists?
Add more playlists here, then choose one under Providers on the start screen of the app. Make one the default to open it on the next start.
Licence and security
Is my password safe?
It is stored encrypted and only sent to your own device. This portal never shows it again.
